I had an urgent need about 18 months ago, to generate revenue from both my existing customers as well as prospective Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) customers.
At the time, Infor had plans to build a Global Customer Direct Team that would focus on lead generation but it was going to take another 12 months before my practice would be able to partake in their services.
I was referred to Front Line Agents by a former colleague of mine and initially engaged with them as a lead generation resource for our Distribution Enterprise Planning Group. It wasn’t long before it was clear that they could provide our organization with so much more. We ultimately utilized their services to build our entire Customer Direct Outreach Process which included creation of call scripts, targeted sales and outreach campaigns, sales rep training, and a customized sales process. They truly provided a “hands-on” practical approach that we found to be extremely valuable. Not only were we able to recognize a substantial increase in lead generation, but more importantly our close rate increased by over 20%. We then asked them to engage with some additional practice areas, and what we found is that they used the process that they had initially built for the Distribution ERP practice, and then tweaked the process to fit the new specific market segments.
We are now utilizing the Infor Customer Direct Team as our internal lead generation source, but we continue to utilize the process and practice provided to us by Front Line Agents.
